Why do you enjoy wrestling?

Wrestling is fun because I’ve made new friends and spend time with them at practices and tournaments. Wrestling has helped me stay healthy and active.

What's the most important thing wrestling has taught you?

Don't quit and stay strong.

What's the best advice your coach has given you?

The most important things is to always try hard!

How do you handle tough defeats?

Try harder the next time.

What’s your proudest achievement as a wrestler?

Winning the Champions Belt at a tournament. I had to wrestle an opponent who I have never defeated (0 for 6). I won the match! (Max and that opponent continually cheer for each other when they are at the same tournaments).

What's your favorite wrestling move?

The cement mixer.

Do you have a hero/role model?

Mickey Phillipi. He is a 2x PA State Champion from my town. Mickey helps at our practices and tournament and always is smiling and talking to people.

What's your favorite subject in school?

Computer class because it is fun and I like electronics.

Do you play any sports aside from wrestling?

Baseball. I love baseball.

Do you have any other hobbies outside of wrestling?

I like playing and building legos.

What are your goals for your wrestling career?

I want to win an Olympic medal for the USA.

What are your goals for the next 1-5 years?

I would like to go to my district qualifying tournament and wrestle in the PA Youth Wrestling State Tournament.

What is your biggest area where you could improve?

I need to work on my stance. Also, I need to improve on accepting my losses better.
