First off, we want to congratulate and wish Mitchell Johnson the best of luck as he heads off to Reno Nationals! We are sure he will crush it.

Mitchell has been such an awesome part of the HERO Quest, and his main focus is to always continue growing. When we asked him about his favorite memory from wrestling, he simply said that he loves the feeling of getting better and better after each practice. That sort of attitude and focus is what breeds great wrestlers, and we are sure that Mitchell is on his way to greatness. We at HERO couldn't be happier to have him as a part of our Quest, and we look forward to all the terrific things to come from this guy. Go out and crush it Mitchell!

Go get em MITCHELL JOHNSON, im a friend of barbies. I HAVE WRESTLED my whole life and did judo for two yrs. I took second in state and i know how compition gets harder as you advance.
So mitchell stay positive, focus on your take downs and get those points. Stick to your basics and control the mat.
If you get a chance and you feel like your stronger than your opponent? Hit em with a 3quarter stack…
GOODLUCK..!..
